Capacity and Occupancy: Exceeding the contracted and authorized capacity is prohibited. Children are usually included in the capacity count. Babies in their cribs are not included in this count.

House Rules: Parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and activities that disturb the neighbors are strictly prohibited.

Use of Facilities: Please use the house's furniture and furnishings, as well as water and electricity,  as yours as under your responsibly.

Cleanliness: The house is provided clean, and guests are responsible for keeping it tidy and removing the trash at the end of their stay.
